Returns must be sent within 14 days after you received the products.
The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to.
Please note that we are not able to exchange items yet. If you wish, you can process a return and place a new order with the desired size.
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
The item must be returned with tags and packaging in their original condition. Protect clothes with their original packaging or a bag.
Socks and skinwear cannot be returned.
E-mail us at email@example.com with subject "RETURN" and we will send you a return form.
Once you have your return form, print it, fill it out and put it inside the packaging.
If you can't print the form, please include a sheet of paper with the information requested on the form.
You should use a suitable secure box or bag according to the size and volume of the products. The same original ALL packaging will do.

Important: Returns cannot be made in person at our logistics center. If you go to the delivery address the return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer although we offer a refund of the first shipping paid.
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Once your return is accepted, please allow us up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
